Neva is a Radiation Therapist at Niagara Health System and at The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, where she primarily treats cancer patients with radiation. She completed a Bachelor's of Science in Neuroscience at Brock University and a Bachelor’s in Science in Medical Radiation Sciences at the University of Toronto. When she's not working, she loves to learn languages and is always eager to pick up exciting new hobbies like pottery, crochet, and cross stitching.

Abey is currently the Manager of Financial Analytics and Insights at Roots Corporation, where she is responsible for the long-term analytics strategy, with experience in financial planning/budgeting, real estate portfolio management, as well as retail operations.She graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelors in Medical Sciences, and in Actuarial Sciences.

Indojaa brings a diverse background in marketing, media, and writing to her role. With her skills, she envisions elevating the CTPA brand to effectively communicate with external partners, community members, and the general public, with the mission of helping CTPA achieve international recognition.

Gajan is a dedicated professional with a background in accounting and project management. Gari Ravishankar brings extensive experience in government relations and stakeholder relationships to CTPA. Currently, he is set to commence his articling at the Ministry of Attorney General's Crown Office in the Northern Region of Ontario, his vision is to elevate CTPA into a national organization, fostering professional growth and unity within the Tamil community across Canada.

Joshua is an experienced Government & Stakeholder Relations Specialist, having served various roles in government. With a proven track record of building relationships, Joshua is dedicated to utilizing his expertise and skills to create a strong and diverse network of professionals in CTPA.

Abisha is a strategic finance professional, an inclusive leader focused on collaboration and mentoring others, but also a big advocate in encouraging creativity, productivity, results, and excellence. Holding an MBA and as she pursues her CRM designation she brings with her experience in banking, accounting, commercial real-estate and regulatory compliance. Through CTPA she hopes to help other Canadian Tamils leverage themselves to obtain unattainable opportunities and advance in their careers with the right tools and resources.

Her multi-hyphenate career encompasses projects that promote diversity in tech and women in leadership.Shanghavy holds a Master of Science in Management and was recognized as Tamil Civic Action’s 30 Under 30 recipient in 2021. As a changemaker, she seeks to inspire others towards making meaningful contributions within communities.

Keerthana, a chemical process engineering graduate, is dedicated to refining supply chain operations using data-driven insights. Currently pursuing an MMA at Ivey Business School, she aims to merge technical skills with strategic acumen to drive positive change in the corporate landscape. Since 2020, she has contributed her time and expertise to organizing events that support Tamil professionals on their career journeys.
