Financial Literacy Workshop Recap
March 25, 2017
We are so incredibly delighted to share with you the success of our very financial literacy workshop and want to extend our gratitude to the more than 50 attendees who voyaged their way to our event on a rainy Saturday morning. On March 25 th , we hosted our very first workshop of the year – Money: How to Save It, Invest It and Plan for the Future.
We were thrilled with the huge turnout and noticed a lot of new faces. Throughout the morning our guest speakers shared their wealth of financial management knowledge and kept our attendees engaged. The workshop offered valuable insights on several tools and techniques that can be used to plan your finances and meet your goals and obligations. Whether it be GICs, TFSAs, or mutual funds, our guest speakers explained the various financial instruments and plans in a very enlightening and easily digestible way making it beneficial to everyone regardless of how money savvy they may already be.
