Adrian Brodie
Adrian Brodie is a Relationship Manager at RBC, supporting small and mid-sized businesses with financing and financial advice. With over six years’ experience across insurance and personal banking, he offers a well-rounded approach to helping entrepreneurs grow. He is also active with the Canadian Tamil Professionals Association, where he promotes community connection, mentorship, and shared prosperity through collaboration.
Myuri Arujunan
Myuri is a Senior Underwriter at Chubb Insurance with a background in finance, risk, and banking, and holds a CRM designation. She is passionate about purpose-driven work, fostering meaningful connections, and empowering others. Committed to inclusivity, she supports Tamil professionals by helping remove barriers to success and creating opportunities for personal and professional growth through community, access, and support.
Rubendran Janendran
Ruben is an emerging professional focused on strategic partnerships, organizational growth, and finance. He has contributed to multiple organizations by building strong, sustainable relationships. His team supports the CTPA Board’s key objectives and succession planning. Ruben’s vision is for the CTPA to continue creating valuable opportunities for both emerging and established professionals through its extensive network.
Deepana Devadas
Deepana is a lawyer and strategic marketing professional with an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall, focused on empowering nonprofits through purpose-driven storytelling, brand strategy, and community-centered engagement. She leads with creativity and intention, shaping CTPA as an inclusive space for Tamil professionals to connect authentically, celebrate identity and culture, and grow together—championing meaningful narratives, fostering unity, and creating impactful, lasting experiences.
Suriya Niraimathikumar
Suriya is a Registered Cardiology Technologist training to become a Cardiac Device Specialist. She has been an active CTPA member for over a year, progressing from Partnerships Associate to Director of Community Partnerships. She focuses on supporting professional growth through resources and networking, while aiming to bridge generational and experiential gaps within the Tamil professional community and empower future leaders.
Kuberan Sunthar
Kuberan is a Project Manager at Allied Properties REIT, leading enterprise technology initiatives and ensuring efficient, goal-aligned execution. He combines strategic insight with strong delivery capabilities to manage complex implementations. As Director of Sponsorship, he builds relationships across Tamil and corporate communities, fostering partnerships and creating mutually beneficial opportunities for investors and sponsors.
Lakshmanan Sivapalan
Director of Fundraising & Growth
Laks is an expert in debt management and financial solutions, currently working as an Advice Specialist at TD in the auto finance sector. Beyond this role, Laks is deeply committed to advancing the mission of CTPA. Through strategic funding initiatives and sustainable financial mechanisms, Laks plays a key role in ensuring CTPA has the financial resources it needs to support and uplift the Canadian Tamil community.
Ragavie Manoragavan
Ragavie Manoragavan is a health data and research professional passionate about improving how health systems use evidence to drive better outcomes. With experience spanning analytics, policy, and multi-site research initiatives, she enjoys connecting strategy to real-world impact.
Kumaran Thanabalasingam
Kumaran is a Civil Engineer and emerging professional in the Rail & Transit industry. He is passionate about community initiatives, especially in professional development. He started with CTPA in Community Partnerships, organizing networking events with Tamil Students’ Associations at Ontario universities. Now part of the Professional Development team, he focuses on creating opportunities for professionals to connect, learn, and grow.
