Summary of Conditions

1. The Deadline for submitting nominations is August 17th, 2023 at 11:59 pm (EST).

2. The awards are only open to Canadian residents who are of Tamil descent.

3. All nominations should include and address all criteria and supplemental documents/information; this will be utilized by the Awards Selection Committee to assist in making informed decisions.

4. The Awards Selection Committee will review the nominations and supporting documents attached, contact endorsers and interview prospective winners.

5. The award winners will be recognized on September 17th, 2023.

6. When required, the appointed selection committee can request additional information related to the nominee. The Awards Selection Committee also has the right to refrain from granting a specific award when it is not deemed meritable.

7. The Awards Selection Committee decisions are final and will not be contested.

8. Confidentiality of information provided will be respected and only be used for the purposes of selecting award recipients.
